Roadside Refinish provides mobile SMART (Small to Medium Area Repair Technique) repairs including paint restoration, bumper scuffs, alloy wheel refurbishment and cosmetic repairs. By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
SMART repairs are localised cosmetic repairs, not full bodyshop resprays. Repairs aim to restore appearance but may not always achieve factory-new perfection. Some damage may be unsuitable for SMART repair, and work may be declined if necessary.
While every effort is made to match paint accurately, perfect colour matching cannot be guaranteed due to ageing, weathering, previous repairs, and manufacturer batch differences. By accepting a repair, you acknowledge this limitation.
Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Cancellations: Cancelling within 24 hours may result in a deposit loss or cancellation fee.
Weather: If conditions are unsuitable (rain, strong winds, extreme cold), repairs may be rescheduled for quality and safety.
Before arrival, the customer must ensure the vehicle is in a suitble repair area, legally parked, and accessible. If the vehicle is not suitably prepared, the technician may decline the repair or adjust pricing.
Payment is required immediately upon completion. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, card payments where available. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Roadside Refinish offers a 12-month warranty covering workmanship defects. This does not cover: new damage, stone chips, rust, poor results caused by previous repairs, or incorrect aftercare. Warranty is void if another party alters the repair.
Roadside Refinish is not liable for pre-existing damage, rust, weakened metal, prior poor repairs, or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer. Maximum liability is limited to the cost of the repair performed.
Before/after photos may be taken for use on our website, portfolio, and social media accounts. Number plates or personal details will not be shown. Customers may opt out by informing us before the repair.
Quotes are valid for 14 days. If additional hidden damage is discovered during repair, pricing may be adjusted following customer approval.
Once the repair is completed, the customer will be shown the finished result. Accepting the vehicle confirms you are satisfied and that the repair meets SMART repair standards. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
